Minimelting Tank - Dosing Unit

The mini melting tank - dosing unit are compact devices developed for small production of cosmetic products. They include both a melting tank, equipped with a stirrer and a dispenser block that can be equipped with different dosing heads according to the specific material, such as wax or cosmetic pastes, to be packaged.

They are mounted on columns adjustable in height, so as to adapt them to specific application situations.

The tanks are made of anodized aluminum or stainless steel.

Available in two versions: MF Series and CK Series.

The electrical panel of these machines includes an electronic interface for regulating temperature and dosage - both by time and by quantity - by the operator. Depending on the specific needs, both single-tank and multi-tank models are available.
