Cocoa butter production machines

Machines made with AISI 304L stainless steel structure, equipped with stainless steel melting tank and dosing head. All parameters related to cocoa butter pouring, such as temperature and processing times, are adjustable from the on-board PLC touch-screen panel.

The dosing head foresees the casting of cocoa butter directly into the sticks, both continuously and individually, with a continuous feeding system of containers and caps and automatic stick capping. The cooling of the sticks is obtained by recirculating the air in the refrigeration system
