TECNICOLL has had a flag for more than thirty years: constant innovation in the development of machines for cosmetics that have never been idealized before to solve its customer's needs and of the entire cosmetic sector.
And this story of inventions and innovations has always had a protagonist: Mr. Giuseppe Manzato, founder of the company, for years validly supported by his son Dario. This is a story that began in the mid-1970s with a company that produced metering devices for hot filling. But the year of the first breakthrough, the year in which Mr. Manzato marks what will become the innovation path that is the characteristic of the company, is 1985.

In 1985, at the Cosmoprof Fair, Mr. Giuseppe Manzato presented an idea developed precisely to the drawing machine, analyzing the needs that emerge from many customer requests: a machine obtained by combining an innovative TECNICOLL doser with a melter provided by a collaborating company. Which is the news? It is the first machine ever to appear on the cosmetics market that is capable of either melting or dosing on its own. It is an extraordinary success, and dozens of large and small customers - a constant in our history - require the development of machinery for their own production; and for every specific need, every particular challenge, every complex condition, TECNICOLL finds a customized solution.

But it is only the beginning. It was 1990 when TECNICOLL acquired Salmoiraghi, a leading company in compacting machines for cosmetic powders; and in 2004 the acquisition of another company, Coppola, specialized in lipstick and cocoa butter machines. In both cases, the study of the respective project parks generates ideas from which new practical solutions for our customers will be born over time. Meanwhile, in 2003, TECNICOLL put on the market a device that solved the already known problem of unconstant doses by varying the material present in the melter, allowing complete automation of the procedure without requiring constant manual adjustments. The device - the TECNICOLL overflow doser - was the first of several patents that Mr. Manzato has deposited over the years; the interest of the sector was immediate, and success exceeded all expectations.

And it is very recent, 2016, the launch of a new patented device,
movable nozzle which allows to fill tubes and lipsticks from below (as necessary for correct packaging) without moving the entire doser group and fuser, saving on weight, space, power and wear of the machine. From this day, TECNICOLL was the only company able to offer hot percolation machinery. And the path continues, with a tradition of experience and expertise that passes every day from Mr. Manzato to his son Dario, to start a new generation of successes.
